Thankyou for your purchase from my small business!

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. A full refund must be offered to you if you inform me via social media, the website or email, within 14 days of receiving the item that they want to cancel or that your not happy with it. you then have another further 14 days to return the item after notifying me. Here are some reasons for a return:​

  • The product is Damaged.

  • The customer purchased the wrong item.

  • The customer no longer wants the product.

  • The product did not meet the customer’s expectations.

  • The customer received the product as a gift and doesn’t want it.

 

you will also need proof of purchase to gain a refund or exchange and also will have to pay for the shipping of returns yourself.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be in the same condition that you received it. After we receive your item, i will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.​
