Photography & Videography Policy — Purpledayss Football Match

We will be taking photographs and recording video at the Purpledayss Football Match for promotional, awareness, and archival purposes. This extended policy explains how images may be used, how we seek to respect privacy, and what to do if you do not wish to be photographed or want an image removed.

Minors: We will not use identifiable photographs or video of children (under 16) in promotional materials without express parental/guardian consent. If a child is photographed incidentally in a crowd shot, we will take care with how that material is used.

How images may be used

Images and footage may be used by Purpledayss for:

  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)

  • Website and blog posts

  • Printed materials (posters, flyers, banners)

  • Fundraising pages (e.g., GoFundMe) and press releases

  • Internal archives for future event planning and reporting

Tagging & social media etiquette

  • Please respect the privacy of others before tagging them in photos or videos on social media.

  • If you take photos at the event and plan to post them publicly, please get consent before posting close-up images of identifiable people — especially children or vulnerable adults.
